Roger is a valuable new addition to Quine and Associates, Inc.   Prior to joining the team at Quine, Roger spent 28 years in commercial construction.  For 23 of those years, he was the successful owner/operator of Greenside Construction: a commercial construction company focused primarily on shopping center construction including interior finish out, exterior remodel and ground up construction.

During this time, he acquired the experience and knowledge necessary to excel in his current position, overseeing the property management and construction process at Quine.

His extensive hands-on experience provides a unique viewpoint into the property management and makes him an ideal liaison between property managers and upper management. Roger will be putting his years of expertise to work identifying potential property issues and ensuring that any tenant problems that do arise are quickly and efficiently resolved.
