Diane Froehlich started working for Quine & Associates, Inc. in 1994 as an Administrative Assistant. Some of her daily duties included investor relations; amassing vacancy and inventory reports; typing legal correspondence; and compiling lease synopsis. Her duties encompassed out-sourcing and overseeing the companies advertising which included marketing brochures and packages.
With Diane’s background in bookkeeping and office management she was always looking for cost-effective and efficient ways to expedite a job. With the constant revising and updating of information on the marketing brochures, she decided to start production on an in-house basis.
With Diane's talent, knowledge and her willingness to take on more projects, the marketing department has seen substantial growth. Diane is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org)
