David has spent over 25 years in Texas Real Estate. He specializes in commercial real estate acquisitions/dispositions, retail asset/property management, and landlord/tenant representation.

Since joining Quine & Associates in 2002, he has routinely been recognized as a top producer in a number of transactions, total square foot leased, and economic value. David's experience has prepared him to handle all retail commercial real estate situations and to satisfy any tenant's or landlord's needs.

David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org)  He is a father of three and enjoys spending time with his children, playing golf, and being in the company of his family and friends.
