In 1991 after working for over 8 years with the Bloomingdales retail chain in display, merchandising, customer service, shipping - receiving and the credit and executive offices, Cindy Ventris took the front desk position at Quine & Associates. After a few years, in keeping with the company's growth, Cindy's responsibilities began to expand and was tasked with organizing lease files, legal documents and other pertinent information relating to the centers Quine & Associates leased and managed.
Cindy's attention to detail and her ability to form and implement procedures made her a valuable asset as the company was propelled into a new era of growth. When the company continued to expand at the beginning of the 21st century, it became evident the CEO of Quine & Associates needed someone who could not only anticipate his needs but also be able to read his mind. In 2000, Cindy transitioned to the position of being his assistant which included overseeing all due diligence in acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing of centers the company manages. She maintains over 165 corporate books, minutes, and all of the company archives. Cindy also handles the building management duties of the tenants that currently occupy the offices in the Quine & Associates building.
