Angel Somkham has spent over 20 years in Commercial Real Estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She specializes in commercial real estate leasing, managing and tenant representation. Her expertise is working with investors in acquisitions and dispositions, including 1031 Exchange transactions. Angel is well versed in the day-to-day management and financial planning in the retail market of restaurants and apparel sales.

She has experience working in a multi-cultural environment and fluent in several languages including Thai, Laotian and secondary in Vietnamese. Angel has always been a top producer and a recipient of numerous annual awards.

Angel has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science Project Management, from Colorado Technical University.

Angel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org) and of the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals (www.ntcar.org). Angel is also a member and founder of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce and past President of Thai Commerce Association.
