Prior to joining Quine & Associates, Rosemary gained extensive knowledge working in the mortgage industry for over 15 years. Her prior experience in short sale negotiations and loan processing along with client services piqued her interest in the Real Estate Market. Rosemary also worked in the multi-family industry as a leasing manager in property management.

She became a licensed real estate agent in 2016 and started in residential as a buyer’s agent and apartment locator. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Rosemary is currently leasing and assisting with management on eight retail shopping centers in the Dallas/Ft Worth Area.
