Since joining Quine & Associates, Inc., in 2002, David has gained expertise in both asset/property management having successfully managed and leased millions of square feet for multiple Landlords and Tenant representation by representing various Tenants in their quest to either open or expand their businesses.

David's diligence and integrity in representing both Landlords and Tenants provide his clients with the utmost chance at success, no matter what their endeavor. Distinguishing himself as a top producer, David is a 4-time recipient of the Goldberg Goldie Award and a 2-time recipient of the John L. Kimberly, Jr. Award.

David is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org).  He also serves on The Board of Trustees and as the House Chairman for Adat Chaverim in Plano, Texas.
