Connie Allen first developed an interest in commercial real estate from the tenant side when she became the owner/operator of Connie’s Specialty Bakery and Café, with two locations in Las Colinas and one in the Solana office complex in Westlake.

In 2007 Connie relocated to New York City and began her commercial real estate career on the broker side, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multiple asset classes, but focusing mostly on high-rise office and multifamily properties, as well as brownstones.

In 2012 Connie returned to her hometown of Indianapolis, IN, where her career in commercial real estate expanded into the acquisition and disposition of land, in addition to buildings, in all asset classes.  In 2018 Connie was instrumental in bringing together a small consortium of developers to acquire an assemblage of land in the southwest quadrant of downtown Indianapolis to transform the area into a master-planned community similar to Bricktown in Oklahoma City.

Since returning to Dallas/Ft. Worth and joining Quine & Associates, Connie is once again assisting in the disposition of assets, including land and buildings, but in addition, Connie has now added retail leasing and property management to her resume.

Connie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.com ) She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.
