Chris joined Quine & Associates, Inc. in 2013 as a Client Relations Manager. Chris was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of scheduling management and establishing clear communication between the agents, support staff, and the executive staff of Quine & Associates.

 

After years of learning the real estate industry; Chris obtained his commercial real estate license in 2016 taking on more responsibility filling in for property managers. His ability to not only work well with the Quine team but landlords and tenants has led him to move on from his Client Relations role to a full-time Project Leasing Manager. Chris is now leasing and managing 7 properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

 

Before joining Quine, Chris’s position as a Bank Manager allowed him to coach and develop countless individuals in both the Management and Teller roles in the demanding and ever-evolving banking industry.

 

He obtained his Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Business Finance from Tarleton State University.  While attending Tarleton State he served 3 years as Treasurer of Sigma Chi Fraternity.

 

Chris is an affiliate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.com).
