Christina Martinez joined Quine & Associates, Inc. in 2018 and currently oversees the management and leasing of five retail centers totaling 529,575 square feet across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Before joining Quine, Christina built a strong foundation in the mortgage industry, where she spent more than 15 years specializing in loan origination and client relations. Her experience in guiding clients through complex transactions ultimately inspired her transition into the commercial real estate sector.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Christina thrives in multicultural environments and brings a professional, service-oriented approach to all client and tenant interactions.

She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
