B & B Cafe’  has opened a new 2,500 square foot location at The Shops at Eagle Point in McKinney Texas, located on the southwest quadrant of US 380 and Custer. Vy Le handled the negotiations for the new location.  

CSL Plasma now open at South Loop SC in Temple, Texas. Jennie Snelling and Brad Quine handled the negotiations for the new location.  

TREK Bikes of Keller  has opened a new 3,408 square foot location at Bear Creek Plaza in Keller, Texas. Connie Allen handled the negotiations for the new location.  

Beauty4U is opening a new 8,450 square foot store location at Buckingham Place SC in Richardson, Texas. Michelle Le handled the negotiations for the new location.  

David Lisner leased 12,500 square feet to Warehouse Shoe Sale a.k.a. WSS in Pleasant Grove Shopping Center in Dallas, Texas. Now Open!
