Shelly Quine Harriman began working part time for Quine & Associates, Inc. in 1982 while attending high school and through college as well. She graduated in 1987 from North Texas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate.

She currently holds the title of Senior Vice President of Operations. Shelly assumed the position she currently holds in 2001. She is involved in property tax and insurance matters regarding the shopping centers we manage. Shelly assists the accounting team and reports to owners and lenders.

She is a member of ICSC and coordinates our exhibits. She is also the HR department for Quine.
