Tim Williams began his Commercial
Real Estate career in 1987 with Quine & Associates Inc.; where he spent 6 years
managing and leasing retail centers in the DFW area. He then went to work for
Williams Fried Chicken initially as a Real Estate Manager, but was quickly
promoted to Director of Franchise & Real Estate Development, which position he
held for 11 years. He helped develop over 50 stores in Texas, Louisiana,
Mississippi, and Georgia.
Today Tim is
primarily involved in commercial real estate as a Tenant Representative and in
Project Leasing. He is also an affiliate member with the International Council
of Shopping Center (ICSC), International Franchise Associates (IFA), and he is a
Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), and a member of the North Texas Commercial
association of Real Estate Professionals.Email:
