Sandra (Sandy) Chapman, Vice President of Quine & Associates, Inc. has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate in Texas primarily in Class A and B shopping centers of approximately 15,0000 and 250,000 s.f. in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and office of approximately 30,0000 s.f. During her real estate career, Sandy has been involved in property sales, shopping center redevelopment, management and leasing. Sandy also represents regional and national retail tenants as well as investors.

In recognition of her outstanding performance, Sandy was the recipient of Quine & Associates, Inc.'s top achievement award, The John L. Kimberly, Jr. Award in 1993, 1995, 2006 and 2007. Sandy also received the company’s Goldberg Goldies Award in 1998, 2001, 2003, 2006 and 2007 which honors the company’s top producers.

She is an affiliate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of NTCAR (North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) an NNCREW (National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women) and Success North Dallas.
