Mr. Carrington began his
professional commercial real estate career in Dallas, Texas in 1980. Since
then he has successfully been involved with many types and sizes of shopping
centers, and developments ranging in size from 20,000 square feet to over
500,000 square feet. He has dealt with both national and local tenants, as well
as diversified types of ethnic businesses.
In 1987, he moved to Southern
California where he had a very successful five year tenure as Vice President of
Leasing and Marketing for a major shopping center developer in Southern
California. While living in Southern California, Mr. Carrington expanded his
commercial real estate expertise and knowledge by being involved in the Hispanic
business community.
Nick has extensive experience,
background, and knowledge of tenant preparation and site selection. Nick is
proficient in lease contact negotiations, leasing both new and second generation
centers, leasing and/or selling of single tenant buildings, tenant
representations, as well as property management.
When not working at the career
that Nick enjoys and is passionate about, he loves to spend time with his wife,
Kathy, and their two dogs, Neeko and Chloe.
