Matt Choi joined Quine & Associates, Inc.
in June of 2006 as a leasing agent. He is currently handling both
leasing (tenant and landlord representation), property management and retail
construction projects.
Mr. Choi has a dynamic and
diversified history in his career and education. He received a B.S. from New
York University where he graduated magna cum laude, and went on to study law at
the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana College of Law. After receiving his
law degree, he engaged in a masters degree in computer science. During that
time, he worked in the supply chain department at Frito Lay as a computer
programmer. Eventually, Mr. Choi received his law license in the State of Texas
and practiced insurance coverage law. Currently, he is engaged in the
construction of a retail strip center in South Arlington, and is responsible for
the leasing and management of retail centers throughout the DFW metroplex.
Mr. Choi’s diversified knowledge
and experience in computer science, law and commercial real estate give him the
opportunity view real estate issues from varying perspectives. He will find
creative solutions to your real estate needs.
Mr. Choi is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate
Professionals and International Council of Shopping Centers
