During his tenure at Minyard Food Stores,  Jimmy was Vice President over leasing, property management and new development, as well as land purchase and the sale lease back of company owned grocery stores.

Jimmy graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor Degree in Finance.  He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman and affiliated member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
