Gary Tobias has been actively involved in the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate market since 1992.  He has primarily focused on the retail sector through Investment Sales, Tenant Representation, Project Leasing and Property Management.

Gary has been involved in Investment Sales transactions of over 500,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $66 million since 2002.  He was recognized in 2004 and 2005, as one of Quine & Associates, Inc. top producers.

Gary graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance.  He is an affiliate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers www.icsc.org  (ICSC), North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals  www.ntcar.org (NTCAR).
