Mr. Tobias currently serves as a Senior Vice President, and has operational responsibility for retail properties managed and leased by the Company and is active in development of new business.

Gary has been involved in the Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate market since 1992. He has primarily focused on the retail sector through Investment Sales, Asset Management, Tenant Representation, Project Leasing and Property Management.

Gary has been involved in Investment Sales transactions of over 1,450,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $190 million since 2004.

He was recognized in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008, as one of Quine & Associates, Inc. top producers.

Gary graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance. He is an affiliate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers www.icsc.org (ICSC) and North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals www.ntcar.org  (NTCAR).
