David Lisner began his real estate career in 1995. After spending 2 years in residential real estate encompassing both individual and investment properties, David went to work for Burns & Noble Commercial Real Estate Services in Tyler Texas. There, he was the leasing agent for over 200,000 square feet consisting of retail, office and industrial properties. In addition, David also brokered land and building sales, was involved in the brokering of various types of investment projects, and acted as a Tenant Representative performing site location and lease negotiations.

After having worked with such clients as, NCNB of Texas, Inc., SBC Communications, Inc., EZCORP/EZPAWN, Inc., NCS Pearson, Inc., and Leslie's Poolmart, Inc., David now specializes in all forms of retail real estate throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex as well as East Texas.
