Chuck Westenhiser is a Senior Vice President of Quine &
Associates, Inc.
Mr. Westenhiser currently serves as a Senior Vice
President, and has operational responsibility for retail properties managed and
leased by the Company and is active in development of new business.
In 1987, he began his career in the retail property market,
performing Tenant Representation, Shopping Center Leasing, and Property
Management Services. His prior background is in store-level management with a
privately-held ready-to-wear retailer and subsequently corporate-level
management with a NYSE-listed consumer electronics retailer. Mr. Westenhiser’s
knowledge of the retail industry, corporate real estate requirements and retail
property markets, has resulted in assignments to represent shopping center
owners and retail tenants on a multi-state basis.
In the last ten years, he has represented tenants in excess
of 300 leasing transactions, performing site selection, lease negotiation, store
design and construction management services. These skills have enabled him to
develop and implement all phases of market penetration strategies for his
clients.
Prior to accepting a position in management, Mr.
Westenhiser was the recipient of the firm's top award, The John J. Kimberly Jr.
Award for consistently outstanding performance in 1996, 1999 and 2000.
Additionally, Mr. Westenhiser was recognized in 1999, 2000,
2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 as one of Quine & Associates, Inc.'s. top producers.
Mr. Westenhiser is an Affiliate Member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org)
and the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals (www.ntcar.org).
He holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a Real Estate concentration from Texas
Christian University – M.J. Neeley School of Business.
