W.B.(Bill) Carpenter, Associate, is currently managing and leasing retail and office property.  Also, involved in tenant representation with major national clients. Bill has over twenty years experience in commercial real estate and another twenty years in property administration with Proctor & Gamble and Kroger in their home offices in Cincinnati, Ohio. He spent thirty years in the Naval Reserves as both an enlisted man and an officer.
