Alan Sandgarten is currently leasing and managing shopping centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He is also actively involved in tenant representation of several regional and national clients. Alan has been with Quine & Associates, Inc. since 1997 after 25 successful years of selling ladies’’ wear on the road in Texas and Oklahoma. In recognition of his outstanding performance, Alan was the recipient of Quine & Associates, Inc.'s top achievement award, The John L. Kimberly, Jr. Award in 2001, 2003 and 2006. Alan also received the company’s Goldberg Goldies Award in 2000, 2002, 2004 and 2006, which honors the company’s top producers.

Alan is an affiliate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers www.icsc.org  (ICSC) and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors www.ntcar.org  (NTCAR).
