Shelly Quine Harriman began working part time for Quine & Associates, Inc. in 1982 while attending high school and through college as well. She graduated in 1987 from North Texas State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate.

Shelly currently holds the title of Senior Vice President of Operations. She assumed the position she currently holds in 2001 and is responsible for all Ad Valorem Tax issues, insurance placement and claims for the shopping centers the company manages. Shelly is the contact point for all reporting aspects of the Accounting Department with landlords and lenders. She is affiliated with the Dallas Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and is the company’s coordinator for all ICSC functions.
