Brad Quine

Brad Quine is President of Quine & Associates, Inc.

He currently runs the daily operations of the company, overseeing its Leasing, Management, Accounting and Tenant Representation Divisions as well as handling all collections and litigation for the firm. He also oversees development of new business and works with a number of retailers representing them in real estate transactions in Texas and Oklahoma.

Since 1985, Mr. Quine has been an active participant in the retail property market, performing Tenant Representation, Shopping Center Leasing, and Property Management Services. His prior background is in store-level management with a privately-held ready-to-wear retailer

In recognition of his consistently outstanding performance, Mr. Quine has been the recipient of Quine & Associates, Inc.’s top achievement recognition award, The John J. Kimberly, Jr. Award, in 1998, before accepting a management position with the company.

Additionally, Mr. Quine was recognized in 1998, 1999, 2002 and 2003, as one of Quine & Associates top producers.

He has been a licensed Real Estate Salesman in Texas since 1988 and since 1995 in the State of Oklahoma.

Mr. Quine is an Affiliate Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (www.icsc.org) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals (www.ntcar.org).
